It is AGE's understanding that an attempt.to locate well MW-3 has previously C.. <br /> been conducted and that the well may be damaged. If well MW-3 is found to be damaged, 11 <br />' the integrity of the well will be suspect and the well will be appropriately abandoned. , <br /> Subsequently, an additional soil boring will be advanced and a monitoring well installed. <br /> Soil and ground water samples will be collected from-the soil boring for laboratory. <br /> analysis as presented in the Work Plan. <br /> Following PHS-EHD concurrence with this Work Plan Addendum, a site-specific health and safety <br /> plan; and a well permit application will be submitted to the PHS-EHD.
