As required by contractual agreements <br /> between PHS-EHD and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), the required <br /> documents were forwarded to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> f (CVRWQCB)for their opportunity to review the case and respond in writing to any concerns they <br /> may have. <br /> Correspondence dated November 26, 1996 from the CVRWQCB Interim Executive Officer James R. <br /> Bennett, advised that, based on concerns presentee! by Board staff, Elizabeth Thayer,further <br /> investigation and possible remediation may be required and the CVRWQCB did not concur with the <br /> no further action"decided upon by PHS-EHD. <br /> j` 33 <br /> S � ' <br /> The purpose of this letter is to provide you with some additional information and to formally request <br /> a settlement of this dispute by your agency. i <br /> PHS-EHD has previously concluded that this underground tank site(UGT)is at the lateral border of <br /> the groundwater 1;;2 DCA plume known to be in the Lodi area.
