MW-4 is located in Hutchins Street and it's position is such that the traffic lane must be <br /> blocked in order to monitor or sample the well The City of Lodi has since revised their policy on <br /> monitoring well placement inithe active traffic lane and has expressed interest in-destroying this well <br /> as soon as possible.
