<br /> Hutchins Street,Lodi. An attendance list and handout are attached. The TRC majority voted that no
<br /> fi ther action was,necessary for this site. However,Board staff disagreed. .

<br /> Atlantic Richfield,followed by Union Oil,operated a station at the site from:1926 to 1957; Douglas Oil l
<br /> built a new station in 1957(building,pump islands; and tanks),and operated it until 1971. Texaco
<br /> operated the station most recently,from 1971 to 1977,when all station activities ceased. Texaco
<br /> removed the tanks and lines in:1979. Reports and sample data foil samples collected during tank
<br /> removal are not available. '
<br /> 1n 1981,a building permit was issued to Pioneer Take Out Corporation for construction of a restaurant.
<br /> The structure is currently occupied by'a Togo's restaurant. Ownership chronology prior to 1991 is not mi t.
