I advised Linda Turkatte that due to the clay content of the aggregrate <br /> the original plan to make it into asphalt concrete has been changed. <br /> Instead it will be used as a sub base beneath the asphalt paving. This <br /> change is -acceptable by her office. <br /> Recommendations <br /> 1 . Even though the aggregrate material has been cleared and approved for <br /> removal and use by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Office, <br /> if it is going to be used in another county then approval from that <br /> county' s appropriate agency must first be obtained before it is moved <br /> to and used in that county. <br /> 2. Wm. J. Hunter & Associates will be notified of the final destination, <br /> date and amount of aggregrate material shipped, and the use of the <br /> aggregrate. <br /> 3.
