The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Denny's as of February 10, 2020. <br /> Open violations from August 14, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #9 - Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS) annually. The last submittal was made late on 1/18/2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year.
