Initially, an inspection
I<r of the inventory area will be conducted.to identify potential water well users. Local residents will be
interviewed during the reconnaissance, as required. In addition, a records review will be conducted with
the PHS/EHD and the California State Division of Water Resources (DWR). Wells identified by the
t' field inspection,-the DWR and/or the PHS/EHD:will be plotted oil a scaled vicinity snap included in the
_investigation report. Boring lobs, well constructlo'li details, and/or depth to groundwater measurements
will be included in the report, if'readily. available, including those from the .New Jerusalem School
agricultural and drinking.-Water'wells, _ ..
5.. PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT (PAR)-
A Problem Assessment Report (PAR) will be. prepared for, submission to the .PHS/EHD if the
investigation provides the necessary informationrequired forila'PAR as described in the California
Regional Water Quality Control Board's Tri-Regional Guidelilies (Guidelines). The Guidelines require I
that the horizontal and vertical extent of soil and groundwater contarnination be adequately-investigated
before a PAR-is submitted. _At a minimum the report will include: (I) a discussion of the site History, (2)
f -a description of the fieldwork conducted at the site, (3) the laboratory results, (4) a scaled site.pian, (5)
drilling logs, (b) cross sections, (7) conclusions, and (8} recommendations.
_ f
L1 CONDOR
