The permit application for the Authority to Construct was i <br /> submitted to San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution control in March 1943. A work plan to install <br /> vapor extraction wells will be submitted by May 31, 1993. Construction of the vapor extraction should <br /> begin in July 1943. An additional monitoring well in the northwestern area of the site will be <br /> installed. This well should be included in the work plan for the vapor extraction wells to be submitted <br /> in May. A reduction in the sampling frequemy(was discussed.
