Kettleman Lane, Lodi has been <br /> approved by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The plan <br /> is a proposal to treat the soil and ground water which has been contaminated due to <br /> unauthorized releases from the USTs which were located on the property. <br /> EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance with California <br /> Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, and that the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at : EHD, 600 E.
