k' 1 KLEINFELDER <br /> 4.3 LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br /> Each of the soil and samples selected for quantitative analysis were submitted under chain-of- <br /> custody control to Sequoia Analytical Laboratories (Sequoia) of Sacramento, California. <br /> Sequoia is certified by the California Department of Health Services to perform the requested <br /> analyses. A total of seven soil samples were submitted for analyses. Five soil samples from the <br /> orchard were submitted from borinas SBI-0.5 through SB5-0.5. Two soil samples from the <br /> former gravel pit were also submitted from Bl-5 and B2-5. The five orchard soil samples were <br /> analyzed for: <br /> • Halogenated Volatile Organics by EPA Method 8010 <br /> • Organochlorine Pesticides and PCBs by EPA Method 8080 <br /> • CAM 17 Metals by EPA Methods <br /> The two former gravel pit soil samples were analyzed for: <br /> • Halogenated Volatile Oraanics by EPA Method 8010 <br /> • Fuel Fingerprint by EPA Method 3510/8015M <br /> • CAM 17 Metals by EPA Methods <br /> The samples were analyzed on a standard analytical turnaround requiring approximately 10 to 15 <br /> working days for analysis. <br /> 20-4202-0I.P02/201 SR669 Page 8 of 14 <br /> © 199S.
