To transfer the WDRs with no other changes to site operations or
discharge areas, please submit the enclosed Form 200 Application/Report of Waste Discharge General
Information (enclosed).
If the transfer will include a change in the wastewater character, location of discharge, or volume of
wastewater generated, then the existing WDRs must be revised. This process begins with the submittal
of the Form 200 and a description of the proposed changes. Staff will then work with the new owner to
update the WDRs. A complete RWD consists of the Form 200, and the answers to additional questions
which will be prepared by staff based on the wastewater generation processes.
If you have any questions about this transmittal, please telephone me at(916) 255-3116.
l
TIMOTHY R.
