BUILDING 16 FORMER USTS GROUND WATER INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN <br /> PORT WEST COMPLEX, ROUGH AND READY ISLAND, PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> 3.4 TASK 4: REPORTING <br /> Quarterly ground water quality monitoring reports will be prepared and submitted presenting <br /> the results of activities conducted during the quarter. The results from the grab ground water <br /> sampling described above will be included in the first quarterly ground water monitoring <br /> report. The report will include the following: <br /> ■ Detailed descriptions of the methodologies used to collect and analyze the data. <br /> ■ Description of the Site, local geology, and hydrogeology, including appropriately scaled <br /> base maps showing the boring location and boring logs illustrating soils observed in the <br /> field. <br /> ■ Interpretation of soil and ground water analytical results and laboratory data <br /> certificates, including an assessment of the extent of chemicals in soil and ground water, <br /> potential impacts on beneficial uses of ground water, and health risk to humans and the <br /> environment. <br /> ■ Recommended additional actions, if any. <br /> Environmental Risk Services,Corp. <br />
