(CSI)on your behalf for the above-referenced site. During the review process it was noted <br /> that a professional geologist licensed by the State of California had not signed the letter. <br /> Therefore,EHD cannot accept the letter nor continue the review process. The letter, as signed, <br /> constitutes a violation of Section 7872 (a) of the Business and Professional Code(Geologist & <br /> Geophysicist Act)as Mr. David Blakely, REA II,is not licensed by the California Board of <br /> Geologists and Geophysicists as a Registered Geologist authorized to practice geology in the <br /> State of California. <br /> Please resubmit the letter after it has been reviewed and signed by a California Registered <br /> Professional Geologist or properly qualified California Registered Professional Engineer <br /> accepting responsible charge for the work plan addendum. Upon receipt of the resubmitted letter, <br /> EHD will continue the review process. Please maintain the groundwater monitoring program and <br /> comply with all previous EHD directives.
