• <br /> Frontier Transportation, Incorporated <br /> 425 Larch Road Page 2 of 2 <br /> Tracy, California 95376 June 11, 2014 <br /> Although the revised work plan did not propose sampling the extraction wells monthly by <br /> collecting groundwater from the pump discharge line and analyzing the samples for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g); and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total <br /> xylenes (BTEX); methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), di- <br /> isopropyl ether (DIPE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME) and tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA), the <br /> EHD directs that the extraction wells be sampled monthly and analyzed for these constituents. <br /> Please submit an EHD Well and Boring Permit Application form for each parcel, Master File <br /> Record form, encroachment permit issued by the City of Tracy, and appropriate fees for each <br /> parcel. The permit fee for the installation of each extraction well is $125. The permit fee for the <br /> destruction of each well is $125, along with a $375 Inspection Activity fee per parcel.
