(EMS), on your behalf for <br /> -referenced site. The work plan was submitted following a meeting on 26 June 2013 <br /> the above responsible parties, Daren Zumberge and Anthony "Gus" osterkamp Jr., consultant <br /> attended -r <br /> S. Javad Masoudi, PE, Max Reyhani, PE, and EHD staff Nuel Henderson, PG, and Vicki <br /> McCartney, REHS, in which site conditions and remedial options were presented by Mr. <br /> Masoudi. <br /> In the work plan, EMS presented: <br /> • Historical analytical data from removal of six under• ground storage tanks (USTs) in 1995; <br /> An overview of historical soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations; <br /> • A comparison of soil analytical data to San Francisco Bay Environmental Screening <br /> Levels (SFBESL); in <br /> • An overview of remedial methods applied at the site, including rf xr aed tinnFebruaryeand <br /> 2002, and high vacuum dual-phase extraction (HVDPE), pe <br /> March 2012; and <br /> Justification for discontinuing HVDPE at this site. <br /> Based on the information above, EMS proposes: ximately <br /> A water pumping test, applying an inflatable p cker into the well whether he conngructionat proro existing <br /> thirteen feet below surface grade (bsg) assess <br /> wells at the source area may be functioning as a conduit connecting the "upper <br /> saturated, fuel-impacted zone with the lower un-impacted zone." <br />
