The Project <br /> Manager will then notify Frontier Transportation, appropriate agencies and environmental contacts. <br /> If an individual is injures, an Accident/Incident Report will be filed with the HSC. <br /> I, <br /> 9.7 PROCEDURES FOR REPORTING TO FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL <br /> AGENCIES <br /> I' _ I In all cases, the BEH Project Manager will be notified. He, in tum, will contact the <br /> l client and any regulatory agencies. <br /> 9.8 EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES <br /> l In the event of a site emergency, all workers at the site will be notified by the SSO <br /> or designee to stop work immediately and offer assistance. Those not needed for immediate <br /> assistance will decontaminate per normal procedures and leave the site. <br /> 9.9 GENERAL SAFE WORK PRACTICES <br /> 9.9.1 NIINIMIZATION OF CONTAMINATION <br /> i <br /> Personnel and equipment used in the contaminated area should be minimized, <br /> consistent with effective site operations. Only absolutely required samples will be taken back to the <br /> laboratory. Contamination will be avoided wherever possible by not kneeling on contaminated <br /> ground, avoiding puddles where possible and using plastic drop cloths and equipment covers . <br /> j 12 <br />
