Maintain the hand sink accessible at all times. <br /> Sink emptied and made accessible. <br /> The paper towel dispenser at the hand sink is jammed/mis-fed. Re-feed paper towels at the dispenser today. Correct <br /> today. Another paper towel roll is available. <br /> The paper towel dispenser at the hand sink in the toilet room is empty(paper towels are available). Refill paper towel <br /> dispenser today with the proper size paper towels. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
