October 11, 2005
NOA Project Number: E05111A
It should be noted that when an environmental assessment is completed without sample collection and
quantitative analysis of soil and groundwater beneath the site,as in this study,no statement of scientific o
certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions which may be the result of on-site or off- J
site sources. The findings and conclusions of this report are not scientific certainties, but rather,
probabilities based on professional judgement concerning the significance of the data gathered during
the course of this investigation. NOA is not able to represent that the site or adjoining land contains
no hazardous waste, oil, underground storage tanks,or other latent condition beyond that detected or
observed by NOA during the Surface and Subsurface assessment. The possibility always exists for l
contaminants to migrate through surface water, air, or groundwater.
Our office has not been provided with specific criteria for the development of this report other than
a request to evaluate the property in question for possible problems related to tonic or hazardous agents,
nor have we been directed to address any specific questions concerning the site. Should there be a need
to conduct an investigation into a specific question not addressed in this report, contact our office
immediately regarding your concerns.
10 '0004
