01 October 2019 <br />AGE Project No. 19-4850 <br />Page 4 of 14 <br />ADDRESS: 1395 Report Avenue <br />LOCATION: Adjacent property, 50 feet west of property <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: Permit date August 1964; new installation of septic system: 1,400- <br />gallon tank with two compartments, and three leach lines 18, 40, and 45 feet long. <br /> <br />ADDRESS: 1403 Report Avenue <br />LOCATION: 145 feet north-northwest of property <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date March 1964; repair/addition to septic system by adding <br />one 35-foot long leach line; and 2) Permit date March 1987; destroy septic system due to <br />city sewer connection. <br /> <br />ADDRESS: 1421 Report Avenue <br />LOCATION: 230 feet north-northwest of property <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date December 1966; new installation of septic system: 800- <br />gallon tank with two compartments, two 45-foot long leach lines, and one seepage pit (33” <br />by 25’); and 2) Permit date January 1988; destroy septic system. <br /> <br />ADDRESS: 1429 Report Avenue <br />LOCATION: 310 feet north-northwest of property <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date October 1963; new installation of septic system: 850- <br />gallon tank with two compartments, four leach lines 25, 30, and 50 feet long (total 155 <br />feet), and two seepage pits (35” by 25’); 2) Permit date February 1986; repair/addition to <br />October 1963 septic system by adding one sump (2’x12’x10’); and 3) Permit date June <br />1992; destroy septic system. <br /> <br /> <br />3.6. PROPOSED MAXIMUM SEPTIC TANK USAGE ON SITE <br /> <br />The current septic system installed at the property in 1981 under EHD permit 81-485 is <br />connected to the warehouse building and office at the site; there are no other <br />buildings/structures at the property. The septic system is located to the southwest of the <br />warehouse and office. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 <br />PM. The warehouse building and office will be used by a maximum of twelve (12) people <br />during an 8-hour period of time Monday through Friday (workers). The average and <br />reasonable usage of 5 to 10 gallons per day per person is typical for a worker to the site <br />setting, and a maximum usage of 15 to 20 gallons per day per person is typical for a <br />worker to the site setting. <br /> <br />There are no plans to install another septic system at the site. <br /> <br /> <br />4.0. GROUNDWATER INFORMATION - REGIONAL HYDROGEOLOGY <br /> <br />The Geologic Map of California, published in 1966 by the California Department of <br />Conservation Division of Mines and Geology, shows the site area within the Great Valley
