We present this work plan and accompanying Letter of Intent to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and request a permit to perform the <br /> services described below. A well permit application is also attached for processing. <br /> The purpose of our services is to provide technical support and to install geotechnical <br /> instrumentation for client during the project. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The study area is identified as 21000 West. State Route 4 in San Joaquin County California.
