Should ENGEO. be contracted to observe the abandonment of any of the
installed geotechnical equipment, we will contact the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department to ensure the abandonment is done according to county regulations.
At least 48 hours prior to our subsurface explorations, we will mark the site for an Underground
Service Alert (USA) utilities check. Following the completion of project, the holes will be
backfilled with neat cement grout in accordance with San Joaquin County regulations.
If you have any questions on any portion of this work plan, please call and we will be glad to
discuss them with you.
Very truly yours,
ENGEO INCORPORATED
Richard G dol o /sefJ. otl
Attachments: Figure 1 —Vicinity Map
Figure 2—Sample Location Map
