Just for my clarification, is one MFR required for our whole site? Or is an MFR required for each different property owner located on our one site? If an MFR is required for each property owner, are we required to complete one for drilling on county property? Thanks. Subject: RE: Well Permit questions as a NEW site, you'll have to 'enter'our program with all the NEW items needed for such sites... please refer to this webpage for the things needed to start the process. as for'contingency' borings, if they are NOT on a parcel permitted for this phase, they will only be allowed to be advanced under a permit. Contingency borings on parcels with a permit may or may not go in-your choice. Our permits are not"PER BORING", but PER PARCEL and PER CONTRACTOR. Typically, a permit is issued to a C-57 contractor for ONE parcel for X amount of borings/wells, whatever is in the approved work plan.(as in lead agency approval, "CVRWQCB" letter). Different parcels require it's OWN permit....add another C-57, add another permit and fee. as a courtesy, if the ADJACENT parcels you plan to drill on are owned b the he same landowner and he/she has signed an access agreement that allows you on both/all of them, I will issue ONE permit for both, three, "X", all parcels under this landowner's control/this phase....( as in only one $89 fee and permit application). If not the same landowner, or multiple C-57's, then multiple/separate $89 checks, separate applications, separate access agreements. One BIG check for ALL the borings all over the place WON'T work. Money amount must be correct..lf one big check and many parcels by diff owners, would be a problem if I can't issue ALL at the same time.
