Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study Addendum 1rerracon <br /> Arriaga Property Stockton, California <br /> August 31, 2020 Terracon Project No. NA207046 <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Based on interviews with Ms. Arriaga, the site is proposed to be developed with an approximately <br /> 960 square foot (SF) 2-bedroom mobile home and additional septic system. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> The adjoining northern property consists of Mariposa Road followed by agricultural row crops <br /> (11685 E. Mariposa Road). The adjoining eastern property consists of a residence and shop/yard <br /> (11040 E. Mariposa Road). The adjoining southern property consists of agricultural land (6626 <br /> S. Kaiser Road). The western adjoining property consists of a residence and vacant land (10920 <br /> E. Mariposa Road). A detailed vicinity and topographic map are included in Appendix A (Exhibit <br /> 1). <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A detailed site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed the USGS Historical Topographic Map Explorer, Burnham (1914) California <br /> Quadrangle topographic map. Four historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and <br /> 1975 were provided by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office. Google Earth aerial images <br /> dating between 1993 to the present were also reviewed.
