The planned developments include residential, schools, <br /> 10 commercial space and open""space. The past use of the property was agricultural, both <br /> row-crop and orchard, burn pits, pesticide storage areas are documented on the <br /> operty and at least I oil pipeline traverses beneath the site. <br /> Phase I and limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and Phase II <br /> ESAs) were prepared for each Neighborhood by Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. <br /> (Condole <br /> You have requested that our proposed scope of work includes reviewing previous <br /> work conducted by Condor for the subject site and preparing Phase I and Phase II <br /> Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and Phase II ESA) for each Neighborhood <br /> according to ASTM E1527-2000 standards. Geotechnical concerns are not addressed <br /> in this proposal. <br />
