Observe for uncontrolled discharge from truck. <br /> 10.Observe for hose breaches. <br /> 11. Observe for tank back siphon from a hose breach. <br /> 12. Call 911 for fire Department assistance if a leak is <br /> beyond control. <br /> 13.Never operate anything on the truck unless the <br /> operator is incapacitated. <br /> E. Oil Distribution: <br /> 1. Report nozzles that drip when not in use. <br /> 2. Wipe down slippery oil gun hoses and report <br /> connections that drip. <br /> 3. Report lines that have been brittle, frayed, bulged <br /> and cracked. <br />
