Clear access to the tank by providing good <br /> housekeeping. <br /> S. Look for missing bulkhead covers and plugs. <br /> 6. Stay focused on the task at hand. <br /> 7. Observe for and clean up any oil escapement. <br /> 8. Observe for uncontrolled discharge from the truck <br /> 9. Observe for the hose breaches. <br /> 10. Observe for tank back siphon from a hose breach. <br /> 11. Call 911 for fire department assistance if a leak is <br /> beyond control. <br /> 12. Never operate anything on the truck unless the <br /> operator is incapacitated. <br /> 13. Empty the trolley pans each night to prevent <br /> unattended release. <br /> 14. Stencil the 37 gallon capacity on the trolley pans. <br /> 15. Report line and the connections that drip. <br /> 16. Keep trolley pan and the oil plug and the filter <br /> while starting the car and checking the integrity of <br /> the installation. <br />
