WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS - GENERAL ORDER -9- <br /> U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND THE PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> STOCKTON DEEP WATER SHIP CHANNEL MAINTENANCE DREDGING ACTIVITIES <br /> MILE 4.4 TO MILE 41.0, CONTRA COSTA, SACRAMENTO&SAN JOAQUIN COUNTIES <br /> 5. The Dischargers shall comply with the Standard Provision and Reporting <br /> Requirements, dated 31 March 1991, which are part of this Order. <br /> 6. The Dischargers shall immediately notify the Regional Board by telephone <br /> whenever a spill or adverse condition occurs as a result of the discharge or <br /> dredging operation; written confirmation shall follow within two weeks. <br /> 7. The Board considers the Port to have continuing responsibility for correcting any <br /> problems which may arise in the future as a result of maintenance dredging <br /> activities and of the subsequent use of the dredge material disposal sites. <br /> 8. The Dischargers shall report promptly to the Board any material change or <br /> proposed change in the character, location, or volume of the discharge. <br /> 9. In the event of any change in control of ownership of waste discharge facilities <br /> presently owned or controlled by the Port, the Port shall notify the succeeding <br /> owner or operator of the existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall <br /> be forwarded to the Board. <br /> 10. The Discharger shall notify the Board when each dredging project, covered by <br /> these requirements, is complete, so that the Notice of Applicability may be <br /> withdrawn and the discharger will no longer be covered by this Order. <br /> 11. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise requirements <br /> when necessary. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
