NOTICE OF APPLICABILITY - 4 - 30 July 1999 <br /> U.S. ARMY COE AND PORT OF STOCKTON <br /> SAN JOAQUIN, SACRAMENTO, AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES <br /> 6. Failure to abide by the conditions of the General Order and the approved Operation Plan could result <br /> in an enforcement action as authorized by provisions of the California Water Code. <br /> 7. The dredging discharge to dredge material disposal sites shall consist solely of `Inert Waste' as <br /> defined in Section 20230 (a), Chapter 3, Title 27 of the California Code of Regulation (CCR). In the <br /> event that designated or hazardous waste is discharge to the DMD sites, that waste shall be managed <br /> in accordance with Title 27 and Title 23 of the CCR. <br /> 8.
