The plan proposes to collect <br /> groundwater samples at the first water with direct push borings. The proposed boring locations will be <br /> adjacent to the waste tile stockpiles with a boring pattern that should detect any contaminants leaching <br /> from the waste piles <br /> Board staff concurs with the workplan for a groundwater investigation as written.
