Mr. Stephen Donell - 2 - 28 November 2012
248 Industrial Drive, Stockton
Based on results of the Phase II Site Assessment, it is apparent that past site activities have
resulted in pollution of soil and groundwater beneath the Site. Additional investigation is
needed to determine the vertical and horizontal extent of pollution in soil and groundwater.
By 18 January 2013, please submit a work plan to further define the extent of soil and
groundwater pollution at the Site. Four primary areas of interest have been identified that
require additional investigation, including the septic system (G1/V-1), interior concrete
patches (SB-112, SV-25), and the interior trench drain area (GW-3). The work plan must be
prepared by a professional Engineer or Geologist licensed by the State of California, in
general accordance with the document Items To Include With A Site Assessment Work
Plan, attached.
If you have questions regarding this letter, please contact me by phone at (916) 464-4657,
or by email at DLinderholm(c)-waterboards.ca.gov.
Durin Linderholm
Engineering Geologist, Site Cleanup Unit
Attachment
cc: John Yoakum, San Joaquin Co.
