b) Reclamation Schedule <br /> Process to be done in two phases as enough sand is excavated each year the <br /> replacing of(topsoil) to co-inside at different times of the year with the <br /> excavation process, but may occur 2 or 3 times or more during the year. <br /> See Attachment "A" for maps. Reclamation is to be done concurrently and <br /> to coincide with excavation of sand removal. <br /> The farmer will help with continued use of existing farm operations and <br /> practices that are being used for the remainder of the ranch as well as for the <br /> new disturbed areas if needed. <br /> c) POST MINING TOPGRAPHY <br /> See Attachment "A" post reclamation topography, drainage, roads, cross <br /> sections, though slopes, cuts, fills, original ground, post mining surface, <br /> geologic conditions, reclaimed surface, and other pertinent features are <br /> shown on the attached Reclamation Plan, slopes will not exceed 3:1 and <br /> stabilization should not be a problem. <br /> d) IMPOUNDMENTS <br /> No impoundments are proposed for this property. <br /> e) DRAINAGE <br /> The land is fairly flat and has drainage ditches on east and west sides of the <br /> subject field and drain ditch south of lower field which all drain into main <br /> water district drainage ditch. Land to retain same slope but field will be <br /> lowered. There are no jurisdictional wet lands on this property. <br />
