DISPOSITION OF OLD EQUIPMENT <br /> No permanent structures or building are involved in this project, all <br /> equipment to be used at this project site are portable and easily <br /> removed from the site upon completion of excavation and <br /> reclamation. <br /> g) REVEGETATION <br /> By the end of this operation the property will have been laser leveled <br /> and deep ripped to loosen the soil for planting (orchard). <br /> Soil amenities to be added will be per the soil tests results. Normal <br /> fertilizing and soil amendments will not contaminate the water as the <br /> water table is too deep. Irrigation water from the existing water <br /> siphons will provide water for the ranch. <br /> h) MONITORING and MAINTENANCE <br /> To ensure successful planting the crop will be reqularly maintained <br /> by the land owner. Farm owner is one of the largest growers of <br /> Vineyard and Orchards in the world. <br /> i) FUTURE MINING <br /> There is to be no future mining on this ranch as the ranch will now be <br /> completed removed from the last sand streak on this ranch. <br /> j) PLUBIC SAFETY <br /> The area along the north end of the field is planted in a row of olive <br /> trees to hide this project from the road. No trespassing signage is <br /> posted along the perimeter of the property. The site is marked <br /> appropriately to warn of hazardous conditions. On-site access roads <br /> are maintained free of overgrowth for emergency access and site <br /> maintenance, as necessary. The two pieces of equipment (water truck <br /> and wheel loader) are locked up at the end of the work day. This <br /> ranch is away from any subdivisions or high residential areas and on a <br /> low usage country road. <br /> 8 <br />
