DISPOSITION OF OLD EQUIPMENT
No permanent structures or building are involved in this project, all
equipment to be used at this project site are portable and easily
removed from the site upon completion of excavation and
reclamation.
g) REVEGETATION
By the end of this operation the property will have been laser leveled
and deep ripped to loosen the soil for planting (orchard).
Soil amenities to be added will be per the soil tests results. Normal
fertilizing and soil amendments will not contaminate the water as the
water table is too deep. Irrigation water from the existing water
siphons will provide water for the ranch.
h) MONITORING and MAINTENANCE
To ensure successful planting the crop will be reqularly maintained
by the land owner. Farm owner is one of the largest growers of
Vineyard and Orchards in the world.
i) FUTURE MINING
There is to be no future mining on this ranch as the ranch will now be
completed removed from the last sand streak on this ranch.
j) PLUBIC SAFETY
The area along the north end of the field is planted in a row of olive
trees to hide this project from the road. No trespassing signage is
posted along the perimeter of the property. The site is marked
appropriately to warn of hazardous conditions. On-site access roads
are maintained free of overgrowth for emergency access and site
maintenance, as necessary. The two pieces of equipment (water truck
and wheel loader) are locked up at the end of the work day. This
ranch is away from any subdivisions or high residential areas and on a
low usage country road.
8
