The following are Class II (Repeat) #122, 125, <br />605, 701, and Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #101,108,812 <br />101. This facility's EPA ID number is inactive. A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, <br />dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br />Immediately contact DTSC and reactivate your EPA ID number and submit evidence to the EHD by <br />12/8/2011. A form has been provided. <br />108. Observed two five gallon open buckets and a metal pan of oily liquid in the north storage shed, and <br />one 10 -gallon drums of greasy waste rags next to the stored dispensers in the yard. Generator shall <br />make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately <br />make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of <br />the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a <br />statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes were managed by 12/8/2011 <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
