Union, Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for last three years were not found on site. <br />Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all <br />receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br />available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, <br />maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 12/8/2011. <br />605 & 701. One 55 -gallon drum of old gasoline has no hazardous waste label. All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br />licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br />manifest to the EHD by 12/8/2011. <br />812. Copies of Universal Waste disposal records were not found on site. A copy of the disposal <br />receipts of Universal Waste, including but not limited to lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing <br />switches, CRT, and electronic devices, shall be retained on site available for inspection. Immediately <br />locate a copy of all Universal Waste disposal records for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br />submit copies to the EHD by 12/8/2011. <br />NOTES <br />The facility generated no hazardous waste in 2010 according to generator. <br />Discussed with generator Universal Waste management requirements including aerosol cans, lamps, <br />alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a <br />method to identify the content and the start date of accumulation.
