Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> d . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foun- <br /> dation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space( s ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space( s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> C .
