Air Pollution Control District : <br /> During site development , the following dust control measures <br /> shall be implemented by the applicant : <br /> a. Use water trucks and/or sprinklers as often as necessary <br /> to control dust . <br /> b. All vehicles leaving the work site shall be cleaned to <br /> prevent dirt and mud from reaching adjacent streets. <br /> c . Streets shall be kept free of dust and dirt . <br /> d. All trucks shall be covered. <br /> e . All internal combustion engines from construction vehicles <br /> shall be maintained and properly tuned. <br /> 4 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The applicant shall submit a Minor Subdivision application <br /> and a copy of the recorded parcel map to document that the <br /> project area contained on a portion of Assessor Parcel No . <br /> 055-150-04 has been created as a separate parcel . <br /> b. Light standards shall not exceed a height of 20 feet . <br /> Lights shall be properly hooded so that they do not create <br /> glare or illumination problems on adjacent properties, <br /> Thornton Road, or Interstate Route 5 . <br /> c. The project site shall not be used for the overnight <br /> parking of trucks or trailers . No outside storage is per- <br /> mitted. <br /> d. A visual screen shall be provided along the property line <br /> next to Interstate Route 5 . Landscaping and irrigation <br /> plans shall be submitted to the Planning Division for <br /> approval . The plans shall include a key to show the size, <br /> type, number, and spacing of all proposed plantings; <br /> details of an automatic and timed sprinkler system; and <br /> meet the following standards: <br /> Trees : Spaced not to exceed 25 feet on center at a ratio <br /> of 25 percent for a 15-gallon size, 50 percent for a <br /> 5-gallon size, and 25 percent for a 1-gallon size . <br /> Shrubs : Spaced not to exceed 10 feet on center at a ratio <br /> of 20 percent for a 5-gallon size and 80 percent for a 1- <br /> gallon size. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (UP-89-5) <br />
