The facility is not keeping hazardous waste training records. Facility personnel shall complete a <br /> training program that teaches them to perform their duties in a way that ensures the facility's compliance <br /> with Title 22 regulations. This program shall be directed by a person trained in hazardous waste <br /> management procedures and shall include the following: <br /> - hazardous waste management procedures relevant to the positions in which they are employed <br /> - contingency plan implementation <br /> - emergency procedures, equipment, and systems, including how to maintain and test them <br /> - key parameters for automatic waste feed cut-off systems <br /> - communications or alarm systems <br /> - response to fire, explosion, or groundwater contamination incident <br /> - shut down of operations <br /> The training program shall be completed by each employee within six months of hire, prior to <br /> unsupervised work, and shall be reviewed annually. Training records shall be maintained on site until <br /> closure of the facility and shall include: <br /> - name &job title of each employee <br /> - description for each job title listed, including requisite skill, education, qualifications, and duties <br /> - description of training to be given to each position, both initial and as an annual refresher <br /> - records that training was completed for each employee <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br /> Invp .
