One 55 gallon metal drum 3/4 full of waste oily water and one 55 gallon metal drum 1/3 full of waste <br />absorbent pads are both missing a start accumulation date. Waste is allow to be stored on site for up to <br />90 days (3 months) of start accumulation date. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br />following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties, 4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information.
