A 30 gallon white plastic drum of oily mop water waste was observed in the shop with no physical <br /> state or hazardous property. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br /> 4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> The label was corrected at the time of inspection. Ensure that all hazardous waste containers are <br /> marked with all the required information. REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by April 6, 2014 along <br /> with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation <br /> and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Note: The copy of the "Waste Oil Tank No. 4008080A 5yr Assessment" from the EHD file was returned <br /> to Linda Hall at the time of inspection. Ms. Hall resubmitted the document to be kept in the EHD file. <br /> Several tank assessment documents were viewed on site for the used oil tank, but were not reviewed for <br /> content. <br /> Emergency Coordinator information provided at the request of Ms. Hall: <br /> At all times there shall be at least one employee either on the facility premises or on call (available to <br /> respond to an emergency by reaching the facility within a short period of time) with the responsibility for <br /> coordinating all emergency response measures.
