CHRONOLOGY <br /> 1444 S. Lincoln Street, Stockton <br /> 02/15/94 Two 4,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tanks (UST's) were removed from the <br /> site on this date. One of the UST's was in poor condition with holes noted. Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) staff observed contaminated soil that was confirmed with <br /> analytical results of soil collected beneath the UST's at the time of removal. <br /> 02/25/94 A Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge and an Unauthorized Release Form were <br /> filed this date. <br /> 03/03/94 Date of EHD letter notifying Responsible Party (RP) that further investigation of the site <br /> was required. <br /> 10/24/95 Date of EHD letter notifying RPs in the urea of Lincoln Street and Charter Way that a <br /> meeting at EHD offices had been scheduled to discuss investigation of the sites. <br /> 10/30/95 Date EHD sent a Notice of Responsibility (NOR) letter to San Francisco French Bread <br /> Company, owner of Colombo/Toscana Bakeries. San Francisco French Bread Company <br /> was the property owner, UST owner and owner of the bakeries who operated the UST's. <br /> This was also the date of the EHD meeting with the RP's in the area of Lincoln Street and <br /> Charter Way to discuss the sites. <br /> 11/14/95 Date of EHD letter summarizing 10/30/95 meeting with RPs in the area of Lincoln Street <br /> and Charter Way and noting investigation requirements for the subject property. <br /> 2/6-7/96 Soil borings SB-1, SB-2 and wells MW-1 and VE-1 installed during this period. <br /> 4/30/96 Date of another meeting held at EHD with RPs of sites in area of Lincoln Street and <br /> Charter Way. <br /> 5/7/96 Date of EHD letter summarizing 4/30/96 meeting. <br /> 06/11/96 Date of Summary Report for the February 1996 investigation. <br /> 07/12/96 Date of EHD letter requiring work plan be submitted to EHD for recommendations in June <br /> 1996 report. <br /> 8/28/97 Date Grant Deed recorded transferring property ownership from San Francisco French <br /> Bread Company to Edward and Dorsie Overton. <br /> 10/27-29/97 Installation of nested monitoring wells MW7S and MW7D during this period. <br /> 11/24/97 Date of report on installation of MW-7S (shallow) and MW-7D (deep) and work plan for <br /> advancement of CPTs. <br /> 12/29-30/97 Three CPTs advanced during this period. <br /> 03/09/98 Date of report for CPT investigation, data obtained to a depth of 125 feet below surface. <br /> 09/23/99 EHD was verbally informed on this date that San Francisco French Bread Company had <br /> been sold to different companies and that Metz Baking Company had bought the <br /> business at this site. <br /> 01/03/02 Date of EHD directive letter that was sent with an NOR to Edward and Dorsie Overton. <br />
