Chronology 1444 Lincoln Street, Stockton <br /> Page 2 <br /> 7/30/03 EHD staff discussed with Ed Overton on this date that he was the primary RP. <br /> 08/01/05 EHD staff reviewed the site file and confirmed the Overton's still owned the property. <br /> San Francisco French Bread Company was the owner at the time of UST removal. Metz <br /> Baking Company reportedly bought the business from San Francisco French Bread <br /> Company, and then filed bankruptcy in 2000. <br /> 08/04/05 Date of EHD directive letters to San Francisco French Bread Company and Edward and <br /> Dorsie Overton to submit a work plan for further investigation to EHD by 9/30/05. <br /> 10/05/05 Date of EHD letters to San Francisco French Bread Ccimpany and Edward and Dorsie <br /> Overton informing them that if a work plan was not submitted to EHD within 14 days that <br /> EHD may refer the case to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB)or the San Joaquin County District Attorney's office for enforcement action. <br /> 10/31/05 Date of EHD letters to San Francisco French Bread Company and Edward and Dorsie <br /> Overton scheduling a meeting for November 28, 2005 to discuss their failure to comply <br /> with EHD directives. <br /> 11/28/05 Date of compliance meeting held at EHD. Ed Overton was the only RP to appear at the <br /> meeting and he refused to sign an agreement to have further investigation performed at <br /> the site. <br /> 12/27/05 Date of letter from Law Offices of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith & Green that indicated <br /> that Mr. Overton has retained their office to represent him and to direct all future <br /> correspondence to their office. <br /> 2/14/06 Date of letter from Amanda R. Berlin of the Law Offices of Mayall, Hurley, Knutsen, Smith <br /> & Green that indicated that they are in contact with E2C remediation and would forward <br /> any work plans or related information to the EHD. <br /> 9/1/06 A work plan was not submitted and the case was referred to CVRWQCB for enforcement. <br />
