The following equipment will be made available, or equivalent. <br /> • emergency eyewash, <br /> • soap/detergent solution and H2O rinse(via Hudson-type sprayers), <br /> • soap gel or disposable wipes, <br /> • disposable towels, <br /> plastic sheeting, <br /> cleaning brushes and tubs. <br /> F. General Procedures: <br /> • The Utility Clearance Log and Map(Attachments 3 &4)will be completed prior to beginning <br /> any subsurface work. <br /> Daily Health and Safety Briefings will be held by the Site Health and Safety Officer <br /> (Attachment 7). <br /> • Determine wind direction, establish exclusion zone, and set up decontamination reduction <br /> zone and support zone upwind when upgrading to Level 'C'or'B'. <br /> • Try to remain upwind when collecting samples, venting wells,etc. <br /> • Potable water must always be available at the work site. <br /> • If toilet facilities are not located within a 5-minute walk from the decontamination facilities, <br /> 11ASFFB\ST0CKT0N\LINC0LN2.11S -13- <br />
