satisfaction of Licensor, and peacefully quit the Property on or before the Termination <br /> Date. <br /> 7. Insurance. Licensee further agrees to maintain in full force during the term <br /> of this License, at Licensee's own expense, a policy of comprehensive liability insurance, <br /> including property damage, which will insure Licensee and Licensor against liability fcr <br /> injury to persons, damage to property, and death of any person occurring on or about the <br /> Propertv. The policy shall be approved as to form and coverage by Licensor. The <br /> insurance shall be not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) fcr any one person; <br /> injured or killed, not iess than Two Million Dollars ($2,C00.000) for anyone incident. and <br /> not fess than Ten Thousand Dollars($10,000)for property damage. Licensee shall provide <br /> ]censor with a copy cf the policy, including an endorsement that states t1 at the policy will <br /> not be cancelled except after ten (10) days' notice in writing to Licensor and an <br /> andorsement that Licensor is named as additional insured. <br /> 9. indemnification. <br /> Licensee, its agents, employees, contractors, inciuding vvitho l limitatior. <br /> shall hold Licensor harmless from and fully indemnify Licensor against any and all claims, <br /> liabilities,damages,and loss(including court costs and reasonaabie attorneys'fees)arising <br /> Pram any injury caused by lndemnfior's negligent or intentional acts or omissions performed <br /> on or about or enroute to or from the Property, and further including any injury caused t;y <br /> the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of indemnitor on or about or enroute to or <br /> from the Property. Indernnitor shall further indemnify Licensor and hold Licensor hartilless <br /> against all taxes and liens arising from Indemr,itor's use of the Property or from arra <br /> a'Nity, materials supplied to, or work or other things done, permitted cr suffered by <br /> Indemnitor in, cn or about the Property, or en route to or from the Property, and from ar y <br /> and all claims, liability, damage or loss arising from Indemnitors negligent or intentional <br /> use of the Property, or from any negligent or intentional activity, materials negligently or <br /> intentionally supplied to, worn or other things negligently or intentionally done, permitted <br /> or suffered by indemnitor on or about the property.
