It is unclear the exact <br /> start of operations at this ocation. <br /> Inside: <br /> -one 55 gallon container ith an oily label "drained used oil filters" near the used oil filter crusher full of used oil open <br /> -four 5 gallon buckets of sed oil, oil absorbent, identified as non-RCRA hazardous waste <br /> -one 55 gallon blue drum toring mixture of used oil, oily rags and equipment <br /> -one 55 gallon drum of w Ste aerosol cans, identified by Mr. Kandathil, unknown source <br /> -two thirty gallon drums a d one five gallon bucket stored near the east wall of the building, identified as non-RCRA <br /> hazardous waste by Mr. Kandathil <br /> Outside: <br /> -one 55 gallon drum label d "used absorbents"with a generator name of"williams tank lines" containing used oil and <br /> other hazardous wastes identified as non-RCRA by Mr. Kandathil <br /> -one 30 gallon black drurr of used oil in the"hazardous waste storage"area <br /> -fourteen(14) 55 gallon drums of non-RCRA hazardous waste in the"hazardous waste storage"area with illegible <br /> labels <br /> -three 55 gallon drums of on-RCRA hazardous waste in the yard, identified by Mr. Kandathil <br /> -trailer full of 55 gallon drL ms (unknown number due to safety issues) identified as non-RCRA by Mr. Kandathil <br /> did not have adequate hazardous waste labels. They were either unlabeled, labeled with inaccurate information or <br /> illegible. <br /> Because the hazardous Ste containers did not have a start accumulation date, it could not be demonstrated that the <br /> hazardous waste had been stored on site lees than 90 and based on Mr. Kandathil's statement of"a couple, 3-4 <br /> months"the hazardous waste shall be removed by a licensed hazardous waste hauler under manifest to a permitted <br /> facility.
