Also, all three <br /> sites are either inactive, no violations have been found, and /or the site is being <br /> monitored by regulatory agencies. Consequently,none of the listed sites in the area <br /> are likely to impact the school Site. <br /> 5.4.4 Orphan Sites <br /> Sites reported by EDR with incorrect or unmapped addresses were listed as Orphan Sites. <br /> None of these orphan Sites were within 1/2 mile of the Site and were not included in the <br /> findings of this report. <br /> 5.4.5 Radon <br /> The Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Radon Zone for San Joaquin <br /> County is listed at Zone 3. The Zone 3 indoor average radon level is G2 pCi/L. Three <br /> radon tests were done and reported within the search radius of the Site.
