The following waste containers were not labeled: <br />a. 34 drums of oily waste near parking lot. <br />b. 5 half-filled drums of sludge near evaporation. <br />c. 55 half-filled drums of sludge and liquid waste near waste storage area. <br />d. 48 drums of liquid waste in hazardous wasted storage area. <br />e. 2 drums of liquid waste in Defect & NuGeon Area. <br />f. 1 drums of liquid waste in Degreasing Area. <br />Within 7 days of receipt of the original inspection report, label all hazardous <br />waste containers in accordance with CCR 66262.34. <br />21. The hazardous waste containers listed in 20 were not closed or tightly lid. <br />Within 7 days of receipt of the original inspection report, close all above- <br />mentioned containers. Keep the containers closed except when adding or <br />removing the waste. <br />CCR 66265.173(a) <br />25. Blue copy of hazardous waste manifest # 95834532 was not submitted to <br />DTSC. <br />Within 7 days of the receipt of the original inspection report, submit the blue <br />copy of the manifest to DTSC. <br />CCR 66262.23(a) <br />28. The TSDF signed copies of the following manifests were not available: <br />96196340 (10-15-97), 96196341 (11-25-97), 96678384 (12-04-97) <br />97256528 (01-07-98), 96617014 (01-29-98), 96617015 (03-30-98), <br />96617016 (06-02-98), 96617017 (07-23-98), 96617018(08-28-98). <br />Within 30 days of receipt of the original inspection report, determine the <br />status of the wastes in the above-mentioned manifests. <br />CCR 66262.42(a) <br />34. Brake shoes and brass rivets from Knock -off Area were disposed off in <br />municipal landfill without determination for land disposal restriction. <br />Within 30 days of receipt of the original inspection report, make <br />determination for land disposal restriction for the above-mentioned wastes in <br />accordance CCR 66268.7(a). <br />49. Personnel training records did not contain information listed in CCR <br />66265.16. <br />
