2. Log the container on the QBR Stockton Active Hazardous Waste Storage <br />Container log form and provide the following information: <br />a. Container I.D. number; <br />b. Container description (i.e., 55 -gallon open top metal drum, 5 -gallon <br />poly bung container, etc.); <br />C. Wastestream I.D. number; <br />d. Start date; <br />e. End date; and <br />f. Storage location. <br />7.4 Labeling of Hazardous Waste Containers <br />7.4.1 All containers used for the storage of hazardous waste will be labeled and <br />managed in accordance with the provisions of this Plan and in accordance with <br />Title 22, Division 4.5 of the California Code of Regulations. <br />7.4.2. At a minimum, the following labels and/or information must be provided on all <br />hazardous waste storage containers prior to any accumulation and/or storage of <br />an approved hazardous. <br />1. EPA hazardous waste labels <br />2. Container I.D. number. <br />3. Wastestream I.D. number. <br />4. The wastestream "proper shipping name" and "UN or NA identification <br />number" (reference the Wastestream Profile Reference Sheet for shipping <br />name and UN or NA identification number). <br />5. EPA and/or California Waste Code (reference the wastestream's Profile <br />Reference Sheet). <br />6. Any special management requirements listed on the wastestream profile <br />and reference sheets. <br />7.4.3. Containers used to accumulate and/or storage approved hazardous waste at <br />designated satellite accumulation points in accordance with this Plan will be <br />labeled with the following information: <br />1.
