Stage the pallet in the Bone Yard. <br />7.9 Record Keeping <br />It shall be the responsibility of the facility's EE or designated QBR representative to <br />maintain all hazardous waste management documents on file for a minimum of three <br />(3) years including: <br />1. Manifests <br />2. Inspection forms (storage and container) <br />3. Container log forms <br />4. Wastestream profile evaluation forms and profile reference sheets <br />8.0 HAZARDOUS MATERIALS EMERGENCY ACTION <br />AND CONTINGENCY PLAN <br />8.1 Purpose <br />The purpose of this Emergency Action and Contingency Plan (EA/CP) is to define and <br />establish requirements, responsibilities and procedures for emergency response <br />activities in the event of an unplanned adverse incident at the QB REBUILDERS' site. <br />Pursuant to Federal and State laws and regulations, QBR shall maintain this EA/CP <br />detailing the responsibilities and procedures necessary to minimize hazards to human <br />health and the environment from the following type of emergency incidents: <br />Category 1 Incident: Release or potential release of a hazardous or <br />potentially hazardous substance <br />ii. Category 2 Incident: Fire or explosion <br />iii. Category 3 Incident: Injury <br />iv. Category 4 Incident: Natural disasters <br />V.
