4. It shall be the responsibility of the Plant Management to insure the EA/CP is <br />revised and updated to reflect incident corrective actions identified and <br />implemented. <br />8.7 Notification and Incident Reporting <br />1. Emergency incident notification shall be made in accordance with Table 2: <br />Emergency Response Notification. <br />2. The facility's Plant Manager shall be responsible for agency notification and <br />interface. <br />3. Upon implementation of the EA/CP and evacuation of site personnel, the <br />Plant Manager, or designated representative, shall immediately notify local <br />City/County Department Environmental Health -Hazardous Materials Division <br />and shall determine the need for, and initiate notification to, the following <br />external agencies (reference Table 2 for specific notification information and <br />conditions): <br />Draft HMMP HMMP-40 <br />March, 2000 <br />
