1. Plant Management is responsible for reviewing and amending the facility's <br />EA/CP when, at the minimum, any of the following occur: <br />a. Changes occur in regulatory requirements; <br />b. The design or operation of the facility are significantly modified; <br />C. The EA/CP fails in the event of an emergency incident; <br />d. Designated emergency response personnel, equipment or PPE&C are <br />changed; and/or <br />e. On an annual basis. <br />2. When the EA/CP is amended for any reason, each section that is amended <br />shall be reviewed and discussed with all cognizant agencies, emergency <br />response agencies and services, and facility personnel prior to <br />implementation. <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-44 <br />
